The ABWR Wellbeing Gift Guide

As the year gently winds down and the colder months settle in, many of us naturally turn inward. We crave softness, stillness, comfort and rituals that help us feel grounded and well. This is the season for slowing down, surrounding yourself with nurturing things, and choosing gifts that genuinely support the mind, body and spirit.

So I’ve put together a Christmas Wellbeing Gift Guide filled with the things I love, the things I use myself, and the things I quietly hope might appear under the tree this year. Thoughtful, intentional gifts that bring calm, comfort and small moments of restoration into everyday life.

Spacemasks Self-Heating Eye Mask
These are the definition of simple, sensory luxury. The moment you open one, it begins to gently warm, easing tension around the eyes and inviting the whole body to soften. Perfect after a long day, too much screen time or when your nervous system needs a moment of quiet reset. Available in jasmine and orange and grapefruit.

Ciora Alpaca Bed Socks
Possibly the softest socks you will ever put on your feet. Alpaca wool keeps warmth in without overheating and feels beautifully supportive for tired feet. Warm feet are directly linked to deeper sleep, so this tiny ritual can make a surprisingly big difference through the colder months. We stock these in the studio and they make the most gorgeous wellbeing gift.

Shuti Mulberry Silk Scrunchies
A small luxury that feels noticeably kinder to your hair. Mulberry silk glides without pulling or breaking strands, helping to protect your hair while you sleep or move through your day. We only have a few left, so these make the loveliest stocking filler while they’re still available.

FHG Foot Spray
A gentle, botanical foot spray that refreshes and helps support healthy skin. Ideal if you’re on your feet a lot or simply love that clean, light feeling. Particularly lovely through winter when feet can feel tired, dry or overworked. This is one of my favourite FHG products and one I reach for often.

The Herbtender Adaptogenic Teas
Good Morning and Pure Focus teas are two blends I adore. Created with adaptogenic herbs and medicinal mushrooms, they help steady your energy, clear brain fog and support the body’s response to stress. Good Morning offers a calm, grounded lift, while Pure Focus helps bring clarity to busy or tired minds. A beautiful daily ritual.

Sage and Sonny Gratitude Journal
A quiet, intentional practice that supports emotional wellbeing. A few lines each morning or evening help to shift your mindset, soften anxious thoughts and bring a deeper sense of presence to your day. Gratitude journaling is one of the simplest and most effective wellness tools we have, and this journal makes the practice feel special.

A Few Things I’m Hoping For This Christmas

These are the wellbeing tools I have my eye on this year — thoughtful upgrades that support sleep, rhythm, skin health and deeper rest.

Hatch Restore 3 Alarm Clock
A calming sleep-wake system with sunrise lighting, soothing colours and gentle soundscapes. Designed to help regulate your circadian rhythm naturally. Ideal for winter, when mornings are darker and finding flow can feel harder.

Red Light LED Face Mask
Red and near-infrared light can support collagen, soothe inflammation and encourage healthier, more resilient skin. It’s both a skincare ritual and a moment of mindful pause. A beautiful combination of restoration and self-care.

Oura Ring 4
A wellbeing tracker disguised as jewellery. It gives insight into sleep, recovery, stress patterns and energy rhythms. Understanding your body can help you make calmer, healthier decisions as you move into a new year.

A Note on Traditional Chinese Medicine
Many of the gifts in this guide pair beautifully with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. In TCM, keeping the feet warm protects the body’s Yang energy and supports smooth, healthy circulation through the meridians that begin or end at the feet. Warm herbal teas are also used to nourish the digestive organs, strengthen Qi and dispel internal cold, perfect for winter when the body naturally draws inward.

Why These Gifts Really Matter
Because wellbeing is not one big thing. It’s the layering of small, meaningful rituals that make you feel held, grounded and connected to yourself. It’s warm feet, rested eyes, nourishing tea, quiet reflection and comforting textures. These small moments become anchors, helping your body to soften, your mind to settle, and your energy to stay steady as you move through the festive season and into a new year.
