Hello and Merry Christmas!
I hope this finds you well and that, however you’re spending the holidays, you’re being gentle with yourself.
Christmas can stir up so many different emotions.
For some it’s filled with joy, celebration and togetherness, and for others, it can feel heavy, quiet or overwhelming. If this time of year feels hard for you, please know that you’re not alone. I hope you’re able to pause when you need to, take a few slow breaths, and give yourself permission to feel whatever comes up.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge those of you who are navigating grief, loss, illness or uncertainty - whether that’s the loss of a loved one, supporting someone through treatment or surgery, or facing a diagnosis yourself.
Thank you for allowing me to be alongside you during such tender and challenging moments. It truly is a privilege to support you through times that require so much courage and strength.
As I reflect on the year, I feel incredibly grateful. 2025 has been such a positive and nourishing year for us, and that’s entirely down to you - our wonderful clients, both old and new.
Thank you for trusting me, for showing up for yourselves, and for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. There’s nothing I love more than walking alongside you, supporting your wellbeing and watching you reconnect with your bodies and your health in a way that feels right for you.
Looking ahead, I’m feeling really excited about what’s to come. As we move into the new year, there are some beautiful new offerings gently taking shape.
Around March 2026, I’ll be launching my new signature treatment, which will blend my reflexology style with traditional Chinese medicine practices, alongside the addition of ear seeding.
Moreover, I’ll also be introducing new workshops - spaces to learn, explore and connect more deeply with your wellbeing. I can’t wait to share more with you when the time is right.
As always, my intention remains the same: to offer safe, supportive and nurturing treatments and spaces where you can rest, reset and feel truly cared for.
However you’re spending this festive season, whether it’s surrounded by loved ones, enjoying quiet moments of rest, heading out for winter walks, indulging in your favourite treats, or simply getting through the day, I hope you’re able to find moments of comfort and calm.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being here, for your continued support, and for trusting me with your care. I feel incredibly lucky to work with the very best clients and to do what I love every single day.
Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and a gentle, hopeful start to the New Year.
With love and gratitude,
Shona x
